“United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

If you are a minor and/or are under 18 years of age, you must inform your parent or legal guardian of our privacy policy prior to registering to use this website or any of its services, and you acknowledge and that you have obtained the consent of one of your parents or legal guardian to purchase the products for sale on the website.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE


Some related services and features, including but not limited to newsletters, may require registration or subscription so that you can use them. If you decide to register or subscribe to any of these relevant services or features, you agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information about yourself, and we may from time to time make changes to our terms and conditions regarding registration or subscription. (2)  After creating the account user will be  responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

 (3) Access, search or attempt to access or search the website by any means (automatically or otherwise) except through our currently available published interfaces, those that we provide (and only in accordance with the terms and conditions), unless you have been allowed to do so on the basis of a separate agreement with us.

 The purchase of products through the website is limited exclusively to parties who can legally enter into online contracts in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. When you request the purchase of a product(s), you expressly authorize the Al-Wifaq General Trading LLC   online store to verify your credit card and transfer, send or obtain your credit card or credit reporting information (including any updated information) to or from third parties to authenticate your identity, verify your credit card and obtain the initial authorization to use the card and/or individual purchases, as we deem necessary. It agrees that we may use the personal information you provide for the purpose of conducting the necessary anti-fraud verifications and that such personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud agency, which may keep a record of that information.

 Ordering Products

Products for sale on the online store are subject to acceptance and availability. If for any reason following a product order, we are unable to provide a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will cancel your order in full. All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel the order for any reason, once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received your order. We do everything we can to ensure that all the details on the website are accurate, yet from time to time we may discover an error in product prices. If we discover an error in the price of a product listed in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to accept or execute an order for a product declared at an incorrect price, and we reserve the right to cancel this order that has already been accepted or is on its way to you. If you order a product with the wrong price, we will send you an email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that your order has been canceled. If you have already paid for the product(s), we will refund the full amount as soon as we can. If these products are recovered on their way, we will process the refund process to you as soon as we receive the products. By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product(s) as outlined in your order.

Payment policy

- Cash on Delivery

 -Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment

-Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules

All forms of credit card payment are subject to data validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer refuses permission to pay, we will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and we may contact you to choose an alternative payment method. The data on the credit card used to pay must match the exact information of the credit card holder and that of the card issuer. Payment will be approved and put on hold when your order is placed and the amount will be deducted from your account when Al Wifaq General Trading LLC    online store has finished sending your order. You also confirm that the credit card used is your card or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card owner to use it. No credit card data will be stored, sold to, offered to or leased to any third parties except in relation to our online payment gateway service provider. We are committed to making the website safe. Rest assured that your credit card number will be protected using the Secure Ports Layer Protocol (SSL). We pay reasonable attention, as much as we can, to maintain the security of your order and payment process data, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be held responsible for any loss you may incur if a third party has unauthorized access to any data you provided upon access to the website or making an order through it.


 Al-Wifaq General Trading LLC   store delivers products within United Arab Emirates through a shipping company and at our discretion; your order is expected to reach within three (3) to seven (7) business days from the day your order is confirmed by email depending on your area. If there is no one to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or get additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempt.

Delivery will be free for all the customers  in all over the UAE.


We are well aware that sometimes you may change your mind about buying. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact customer service on +971 4 224 2449 to cancel your order, and we will do our utmost to cancel it provided your order has not already been executed. If this happens, we will treat the cancellation as a return. Please refer to the Returns section below for more information. In any case, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to help you.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.



If you receive an unsolicited product, the product you received is damaged or defective; you can contact our customer service after that we will collect the goods from your location through our courier company.  None of the products to be returned to us must have been used and no cards and posters. If any, have been removed. The product(s) must be in the same condition as they were when they were received. They must be in good condition and in their original boxing or packaging. The original invoice must be available.From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days.We will not accept any returns if the packaging or the original casing has been opened or tampered with. Returns may not be accepted if they have been damaged or dirty. Once we have examined the returns and have agreed to return them, we will refund the price you have paid for said product(s). We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns that customers make, and we may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.



You can replace the product (products). you can contact our customer service after that we will collect the goods from your location through our courier company, within 2 days from the date you receive your order, subject to inventory availability. None of the products to be returned to us must have been used and none of the cards and posters, if any, had been removed from the packaging. The product(s) should be in the same condition as it was when it was received, in good condition, in its original boxing or packaging. The customer must present his or her identification card as well as the original invoice. Once we have received and examined the returned product, you may replace this product with any other product. All products should be fully adhered to in accordance with the precautions and instructions attached to them.
